At Prudhoe Plodders Running Club we cater for all abilities. We train twice a week (adults) on a Monday and Wednesday. Each session has been written by our level 2 coaches and follow current England Athletics guidelines. The sessions are designed to make you a stronger, fitter and faster athlete concentrating on speed, strength and endurance – so, no matter what your fitness level is, we can build on it.

We also run a very successful C25K programme on a Sunday morning at 9:30am. It is a programme which will do exactly as it says – ‘gets you from the couch to safely running 5k’ in 10 short weeks. All it requires from you is dedication and a commitment to get out there and complete 3 runs per week. Many of our current athletes came through this programme and progressed further, thanks to the support and encouragement of our club.

All Members should book their training sessions through Spond, available from both Apple Store and Google Play. Members will be invited to join our Spond group and should follow instructions in the email received.
